For those with out-of-network insurance, please contact your insurance company to find out if you have out-of-network benefits. We do not contact out-of-network insurance companies to inquire about this, nor do we submit claims on behalf of clients with out-of-network insurance. These clients are billed on a self-pay basis and are given an "insurance super-bill" to submit to their insurance company on their own behalf.
